  • Self Injury Support – This charity offers a comprehensive ‘resource hub’ at their website. They also provide TESS, a text and email support service for girls and young women up to the age of 24, as well as an online chat facility: text 07800 472908 sunday to Thursday 7pm-9pm
  • Harmless – A user-led charity providing a range of services including support, information, training and consultancy to those who self-harm, their friends, families and professionals.
